It arrived in an opened box and was a used product. After all we went through with the order not getting processed and me having to email 10 times and reach out through alternative methods such as Instagram… because they would have missed the delivery for my daughter’s birthday if I hadn’t. Even though I ordered plenty in advance. Its not even worth bothering with these people trying to get the item replaced. I will just never order from them again and make sure to spread the word to others.
