Directions:
  1. Always wash and dry your hands before preparing. Wash bottles, nipples, rings, caps, cups, knives, and spoons. After washing, sterilize by boiling for 3-5 minutes before use. Keep bottles and cups capped until use.
  2. Boil the water as indicated in the table and allow it to cool to approximately 122°F (50°C). Pour about half of the water into the bottle. Prepare each bottle individually.
  3. Fill the measuring spoon and level with the back of a knife. Add the quantity of milk powder indicated on the table to the water.
  4. Shake thoroughly. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Allow it to cool to approximately 98.6 °F before feeding.
Important note on breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is the best way to give infants the nutrients they need for healthy growth and development.

Breastfeeding also plays an integral role in forming a deep attachment between mother and baby. A balanced diet during pregnancy and breasting will benefit your milk production.

If you need to supplement your baby's breast milk diet, please consult a healthcare professional such as a pediatrician, midwife, or nutrition consultant.

Using infant formula may adversely affect your natural milk production and breastfeeding. If you decide not to breastfeed your baby at all, you might not be able to reverse this decision later.

Please always follow the preparation instruction on the package, as improper use and storage can lead to health problems.
